Adopt an unreleased Kazakh-English language pair

These days the translating text automatically by using machine translation is very important, because it helps people from whole world to understand and get information in foreign language very quickly and easy. I want to improve Kazakh-English machine translation(MT) system on Apertium, because: resources could be used for another language pairs, where the Kazakh is source language; English speakers, who are interested in Kazakh culture could use it to understand Kazakh texts, songs and news. My mother language is Kazakh and I fluently speak English, and I am already familiar with Apertium system: I started to build Kazakh-English MT system in 2014. Therefore, I am planning to rise quality of translation by expanding dictionaries, cleaning testoc and writing more rules.
