Redesigning the Template Manager and Emoji Toolbar Control

First Project (Redesigning the Template Manager): The current Template Manager of LibreOffice has some bugs and needs better implementation. This project will completely transform this important feature and will improve its current usability. The idea will also have a significant impact on LibreOffice Impress where templates are used frequently.

Second Project (Emoji Toolbar Control): This project has been included during GSoC coding period, not at the time of proposal. LibreOffice is ready to get an emoji toolbar control and the plan is to create it from scratch. This project will create a control which handles Unicode emoji data queried from a database and allow user to use it in the document.
