App development for infectious microbial genomics

I will be developing a browser based interactive application for microbial genomic information using Webassembly, which will help in serving as a reference and a visual aid for spread and evolution of the infectious disease in real time. The work shall go in accordance with the OpenHealth study and application architecture for contextualization and analysis of data on the Browser. Webassembly is latest development in the web application and is much faster than the presently used languages. Webassembly will be used as a compile target to transform algorithms into Web App.
