Improve tooling for sTeam collaboration platform

A Collaborative software is an application software designed to help people involved in a common task to achieve their goals. sTeam is one such collaboration platform which gives it's user's the ability to share their knowledge, ideas and codes in their working groups and receive feedback and reviews for their work in an efficient and well organized manner. sTeam is an open environment which keeps track of virtual spaces. In order to inspect the sTeam server while it is running we need the command line utilities. This project aims to improve the overall utility of the sTeam platform mainly focusing on the command line tools of this platform.It would also focus on simplifying the deployment and collaborating the new web-interface with the existing functions of the platform.
