This proposal aims to improve ease of app use for organizers and addition of more system features as well as solid integration with social media and common communication tools like SMS and (optionally) phone. Specifically, the implementation of this proposal targets the following aspects:
- Adding more organizer features (few mentioned later in the proposal)
- Improving the mailing system
- Making the server app easier to use for organizers
- Integrating Open Event with social media
- Integrating with other communication tools like SMS
- Adding stress testing as well as system security testing
