Improvements and Addition of new features in the question tool

My project proposal is to make the tool more user-friendly and adding features which will help in a more meaningful discussion among people. This includes improvements in the admin and moderator role, improvements in the UX, making the tool responsive, changes in the UI, addition of new features like tags, subscription to tags and introduction of a new profile - speaker.
