Debugging Model Performance in TensorBoard Guide

TensorBoard is a TensorFlow tool for models visualization. It can generate histograms, graph and help debug and improve the neural network. To help the community, this proposal aims to produce code examples, guides, and tutorials to expose the advantages of TensorBoard and show how to extract relevant information about neural networks with the tool.
