Bringing Boost.Astronomy to review-ready state

In this project I would like to focus on implementing the following things:

  1. Implement Boost::unit with Boost::astronomy::coordinate to provide a robust astronomical coordinate system.
  2. Completing the parser for the FITS to read files including all types of extensions.
  3. Adding the documentation and fixing the existing one.
