Clonal evolution visualization web-tools

The sequencing technology produces the DNA sequence information of tumor cells. And cBioPortal is one of the leading web-tools which collected tumor sequencing result and provides visualization and exploring function. The tumor is not homogeneity, the mutations were accumulated when the cell divide. The different parts of a tumor can be the clone of different cells with obvious genetic distance respectively. This project aiming to construct a front end module to estimate the clonal evolutionary relationship using multi-region sequencing data.
