Agora is a library of data structures and algorithm for counting votes in elections. It consist of over 40 algorithms along with testing frameworks. It is very clear this library aims at including a great number of vote counting algorithms and tries to carry out computations as fast as possible. Reason why more algorithms need to be added and taking into consideration speed of execution.
