Develop a releasable Uzbek-Qaraqalpaq translation pair

In this project I am going to create a new translation pair between Uzbek and Qaraqalpaq. There is no other single translator between these two languages, but there is a need for machine translation between the languages. I expect to be able to develop a high-quality system because of the similarities between the languages, my knowledge of both, and my experience in the past of creating an app that comprises the largest Russian-Karakalpak and Karakalpak-English dictionaries. It is my hope that this project will open new ways for Karakalpak language to connect with other languages as well.
