Bringing Boost.Astronomy to review-ready state

The project is divided into two parts.

  1. Integrating Boost.Units with the existing coordinate system in the library. It will provide a better, robust and error-proof coordinate system to users.
  2. Completing the FITS file parser. In this phase parser for ASCII Table Extension and Binary Table Extension will be implemented.
