Addition of novel CPTAC proteogenomic datasets to the cBioPortal

This project will aim to create a pipeline for all CPTAC data transformation into cBioPortal compatible files for public access. Conversion and addition of novel CPTAC proteogenomic datasets into the cBioPortal will advance cancer studies, which will lead to a better understanding of the molecular profiles of cancer.
