Event-driven orchestration of cloud-native apps
Keptn is an event-driven orchestration engine for cloud-native apps. Started in 2018, it is a member project of the Cloud Native Computing Foundation. Keptn uses a declarative approach to build scalable automation for delivery and operations which can be scaled to a large number of services. It evaluates Service Level Indicators (SLOs) and provides a dashboard, alerts, and auto-remediation for them. Keptn has numerous integrations with the Cloud Native ecosystem, including Prometheus, ArgoCD, CloudEvents, LithmusChaos, Backstage, and dozens of other cloud-native projects. In Google Summer of Code we invite you to join the Keptn community and to work together with us on one of the Keptn integrations or on automating modern management approaches like GitOps and Documentation as Code.
