Hacking the Blockchain: Building Web3 Challenges for OWASP Juice Shop

Juice Shop is an intentionally vulnerable web application designed for practicing security testing and improving security skills. Blockchain technology is becoming increasingly popular with adoption coming in within large MNCs as well, and there is a need for security experts who can test blockchain-based applications. This proposal aims to integrate blockchain-based challenges into Juice Shop to provide an opportunity for users to learn about blockchain technology and its security aspects in a fun way. As part of GSoC 2023, The aim is to integrate multiple blockchain based challenges including plain smart contracts to NFT based contract vulnerabilities into Juice Shop starting from very beginner level challenges to covering a few advanced challenges. I will be adding: 2 Easy 2 Medium 1 Difficult challenges as part of this GSoC.
