Qaul is an Internet independent wireless mesh communication app. With qaul, you can communicate directly from one device to another. The aim of this project is to create a matrix bridge between Matrix and qaul which can further help us to broadcast messages over many mediums of communication which are supported by Matrix. Main aim is to implement the relay bridge and double puppeting.
