Devising the Plasma Mobile Emulator

In KDE's annual world summit Akademy, KDE had bring to light about the project of Plasma Mobile stating it will be unique-both the dominant mobile operating systems and even different from ubuntu for phones. Currently if we want to try it out; Plasma mobile requires flashing it on phone device during development, which is not an ideal workflow. This proposal aims to devise emulator for plasma mobile (i.e. we want to make plasma mobile working inside desktop).

Plasma Mobile emulator will be the solution for developing, testing and accessing plasma phones without having real phone.
