Statsmodels: Distributed Estimation and Statistical Inference for Regression

This project aims to make two additions to the statsmodels package. The first is to introduce methods to handle distributed estimation of regularized and unregularized regression models. The second is to introduce several methods for statistical inference on regularized models.
