Umbrello: New Breath

The idea of this proposal is give a new breath to Umbrello. Updating the application to use Qt5 and KF5 libraries and implement a few features on the wishlist, that have more votes to be implemented, like a new UML diagram, add a few adjusts on the parse of the diagrams to C++ code, and fix the issues on Umbrello release for Ms Windows with KF5 libraries.
