Common Print Dialog Backend

I intend to create a new CPDB backend for printing to a (PDF) file and fix the bugs in the CUPS backend.

I also have to develop a new GTK3 Adaptor backend to add support of Common Print dialog to the gtk3 dialog, this ensures that GTK3 dialog shows the print queues received from the common print dialog and thus, the options corresponding to each printer will be independent of desktop environment.
