Integrating VFlib's TeX format drivers into FreeType

The goal of this project is to add the support of TeX's bitmap font formats (GF, TFM, PK and VF fonts) into FreeType by providing new modules to handle them. The support for these formats already present in the VFlib library as well as the canonical references for the GF, PK, TFM and VF formats provided in the source code of the TeX tools 'gftype', 'gftopk', 'tftopl' and 'vftovp' respectively serve as the base reference for the new drivers. The new drivers are developed on the lines of existing bitmap drivers already available in FreeType like BDF, PCF and WINFNTS.
