Leonardo Strozzi's Application

I'm Leonardo Strozzi, a 19 year old, studying computer science, applying a proposal for the 'Refactoring Twig Templates' phpMyAdmin GSoC idea. The general idea of the project is to improve the in use Twig Templates, and replace some php functions to Twig features. There's also plenty of room for the inheritance and block features, replacing some of the current includes.
