Expand Peruse Creator’s Abilities

Peruse is a comic reader application from KDE. The capabilities of Peruse creator application is very limited now.The project aims to increase the Peruse creator's functionalities.after the implementation Peruse creator will have a dedicated "Creator tool"(For creating panels and text fields), "View mode"(for viewing the images for the comic book files.) ", "Edit mode (for editing and saving the work)" and above all the text layers support will be integrated.
