[#1Lib1Ref] Build a "worklist" tool for campaigns and in-person editing events

In this project, a tool will be developed that will basically enable people to collaborate during campaigns and in-person editing events. It'll act as a platform where people can create, modify and share worklists which is a collection of articles that share a common feature and need to be worked upon, e.g List of articles about India that need citations. Also, this tool will enable people to work on articles which fall in their areas of interest. All in all, we’ll be able to encourage more contributions by providing an intermediate platform.
