IFTTT plugin for Plone

At present, Plone have content rules to accomplish use-cases(provided by IFTTT) but with additionally written scripts. So the soul spirit behind this idea is to build a generalized mechanism which lets people integrate Plone with plugins/platforms outside of Plone environment with a little programming and easy UX.
