Add Multi-Wiki Support to WikiEduDashboard

WikiEduDashboard is a versatile tool to engage in peer-learning through editing and reviewing the Wiki Articles. Currently, the tracking of articles is very limiting and this project intends to add Multi-Wiki Support which will make this tool even more flexible and gives the users the choice to choose which articles to track. Furthermore, parts of the dashboard will be internationalized so people speaking different languages can benefit from the dashboard.
