Eventyay Badge Creation, Check-In, and Lead Scanning System for Organizers and Exhibitors

This project aims to enhance the Eventyay platform by implementing a seamless workflow that covers badge creation, attendee check-in, and lead scanning functionalities for organizers and exhibitors. The system will enable event organizers to efficiently create customized badges for different participant types, including attendees, speakers, and exhibitors. Attendees can use their badges to streamline the check-in process at the event, while exhibitors will gain the ability to scan badges, collecting leads and contact information for post-event networking and follow-up. As part of the project, API support will be integrated to connect badge creation with check-in and lead scanning systems, including enhancements to the open-event-checkin component. A new exhibitor-focused plugin will also be developed to support lead scanning, allowing exhibitors to easily manage and export lead data.
